Steps
Quit DockRun from its menu. Download the newest DockRun.dmg from the download page, drag DockRun to Applications and choose Replace. Open it again.
Your pins, workspaces, workflows and settings live in your user folder, not inside the app, so they are untouched.

Settings > About shows the version and build.
